UK CUSTOMERS

Delivery is usually within 7 working days (UK) for items in stock.  If an item is out of stock, please email to check availability and/or to order. Small items are generally sent Royal Mail second class (or an equivalent service with an alternative courier), other items by the most competitive express service available. All items are sent with tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders can vary in delivery times. If an item is out of stock, please email to check availability and/or to order. Small items are generally sent Royal Mail International Standard (or an equivalent service with an alternative courier), other items by the most competitive service available. All items are sent with tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.  The website is currently set up for online purchases from a limited number of countries/regions only.

 

Please note: Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the site.  Although every effort has been made to set up the website for accurate shipping costs, the cost of services can vary on a daily basis and it can be cheaper to send prints abroad rolled in a tube. You may also wish to pay extra for insurance cover against loss or damage. If you would prefer a personal shipping quote please email your order instead.

Terms & Conditions

Online purchasing and shipping applies to prints, cards & calendars, and small originals only. For enquiries about larger originals please email.

 

All items must be paid for in full before items are dispatched. Online payment is accepted using credit/debit card via Stripe, or Paypal only. UK customers can arrange to pay via cheque or bank transfer after emailing order requirements.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

In the unfortunate event of a problem with your purchase, please email to discuss first.

A full refund or replacement is offered for items safely returned (within 14 days UK customers). Return postage is payable by the buyer.

What information is collected about you?

The artist collects information about you when you either; place an order, make an email or webform enquiry, or sign up to the artists mailing list via the online form. Information may also be collected if you voluntarily gave the artist, or a gallery or agent representing the artist, your contact details at an event or exhibition.  Website usage information is collected using cookies and Google Analytics.

How will the information about you be used?

The artist collects information about you to process your order (if applicable) and keep you informed of future works and events because you have expressed an interest in his work.

Information collected from the website using cookies and analytics is anonymous in nature and simply provides the artist with basic visitor information such as - visitor numbers, new vs returning visitors, country of origin and acquisition(for example, by search, social media, etc).  This information is used to ascertain the ongoing interest level in the website and the artists work as a whole, not to profile individuals.

The artist does not share your information with any third parties. 

Online payments are handled by Paypal and Stripe. Please see their own privacy notice and T&Cs for specific information on how they handle contact and transaction details. It may be necessary for the artist to contact other financial institutions in the event of a problem with a members payment or concerns relating to fraud prevention.

Who has access to my information?

In line with new GDPR guidelines, clients personal information is kept as securely as possible by the artist, who has sole access to the information. The artists Mailing List and Newsletter emails are also stored and handled by Mailchimp. For further information on their own security and privacy notice please visit their website.

 

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that is held about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email. The artist strives to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask him to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. All Newsletter emails (by Mailchimp) contain a link that allows you to unsubscribe at any time.

 

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity using analytics.
